Leadership Academy - NC MHCO proudly presents a Leadership Training Academy in Raleigh, NC each December.  The Leadership Academy promotes consumer involvement in Leadership and Civic Participation throughout the year. It is a self help program that teaches organizational skills and encourages individuals to become self advocates and educates the community on issues concerning behavioral health services.

W.R.A.P. – Wellness Recovery Action Plan was developed by Mary Ellen Copeland, MS, MA of Brattleboro, VT.  Ms. Copeland designed this unique program to teach people who are having distressing symptoms the necessary tools to help recognize and cope with their situations. It promotes self-improvement by giving people hope and empowerment to make wise decisions regarding their general well-being.

NC MHCO offers WRAP training sessions in each region of North Carolina. This year, NC MHCO will also conduct an After-Care WRAP Program to ensure consumers are benefiting from WRAP and how to focus on their individual WRAP plan.WRAP for Work is a special program established to support individuals working with area programs or on a community level.
